Interlicare Silver Programs include a variety of benefits in addition to a higher Accidental Medical Benefit. The Silver 700 also offers the highest AD&D Benefit of all Intelicare programs..

Silver 350 As a member of Consumer Health Choice Association (CHCA) and the Intelicare Silver 350 program, you will have access to a variety of Insurance Program Benefits including Surgery with Anesthesia Benefit, Patriot Health Florida, Inc.* Program Features* CHCA Lifestyle Membership Features and CHCA's FREE Membership Features.

Silver 700 This program provides you with our highest level of Accident Benefit in case of an injury. This program also offers the highest level of AD&D benefits of all Intellicare Plans. Additionaly, you will have access to Mental In-Patient and Out-Patient benefits As with all Intelicare programs and as a member of Consumer Health Choice Association (CHCA) Intelicare Silver 700 program, you will have access to, Patriot Health Florida, Inc.* Program Features* CHCA Lifestyle Membership Features and CHCA's FREE Membership Features.
